  • October 10-12, 2013: 23rd Alzheimer Europe Conference. Living well in a dementia-friendly society. St. Julian's, Malta.
  • June 10, 2013: It has been launched the report "State of the art in Alzheimer's in Spain" by Pwc and Lilly. Instituto de Salud Carlos III, Madrid (Spain)
  • The EAHC is submitting a brochure for publication on all of its Joint Actions. This brochure will include a piece on ALCOVE.
  • ALCOVE has been included on the European Year for Active Ageing 2012 Website and will be included in an upcoming brochure.
  • January 9-11, 2013: ALCOVE 4th Executive Board Meeting in Paris. The aim of this meeting is to define recommendations in order to contribute to the wellbeing of persons with dementia.
  • November 30, 2012: Alcove Coordinator will be participating at JPND Board Meeting.
  • November 26-27, 2012: Armelle Leperre-Desplanques was invited to the WHO's conference in London  entitled "Developing a Person-Centered Model of Care for the Patient with Dementia.
  • October, 2012. Athens Association of Alzheimer's Disease organise an Alcove Conference.
  • October 4-6, 2012. ALCOVE Joint Action was presented at the Alzheimer Europe Conference in Vienna.
  • September 28th, 2012. Alcove Coordinator, Dra. Armelle Laperre-Desplankes, will be attending to the Board Meeting of EU Joint Programme for Neurodegenerative Diseases.
  • September 21th, 2012: Alcove Coordinator (Armelle Leperre-Desplanques) was invited to write the editorial for the September edition of the Health EU Newsletter which will be devoted to World Alzheimer Day.
  • September 21th, 2012. Dr. Karin Saad from England Department of Health will be presenting a communication about Alcove project during the International Psychogeriatric Association International Meetings, Australia.
  • July 14-19, 2012. Alcove project will be presented in the Alzheimer Association International Conference.

  • July 4-6, 2012. VI E-Health and Telemedicin meeting. Innovation in ICT for Alzheimer, with the collaboration and sponsorship of the Spanish health Institute Carlos III.

  • November 18, 2011. 5th National Congress on Alzheimer Disease Units organized by Istituto Superiore di Sanità in Rome. The congress represents an annual appointment of all operators that work in Italian memory clinics (neurologists, geriatrics, psychiatrics, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapy). Other Associated Partners of WP4 will participate to the congress (Ministero de lla Salute, Italy; INSERM, France).

  • On September 21, 2011, World Alzheimer's Day, ALCOVE was invited to make a presentation at a panel debate in Brussels entitled Facing the future: developing an EU strategy on Alzheimer's, organized by The Parliament, the magazine for the European Parliament.
